Comprehensive Remodeling Rates
Investing in your home is a significant decision, and transparency is a core value at Royal Management LLC. These figures provide a reliable baseline for professional renovations in Central Oregon. Final costs are influenced by material selection and the structural integrity of existing walls. Please note that permits and site clearing are quoted separately.
Full-Home Renovations

Premium: $250 – $450 / sq ft
Covers interior reconfigurations and upgraded fixtures. Costs may rise if structural foundation repairs are required or if extensive exterior landscaping is added to the scope.
Kitchen Design
Standard: $200 – $350 / sq ft
Premium: $350 – $550 / sq ft
Includes custom cabinetry and professional-grade appliances. Costs increase significantly if main plumbing stacks need relocation or if commercial venting is required.
Master Suite Luxury
Standard: $150 – $300 / sq ft
Premium: $300 – $500 / sq ft
Covers heated flooring and precision tile installation. Pricing excludes new structural additions or expanding the existing footprint of the home.
Home Additions
Standard: $200 – $350 / sq ft
Premium: $350 – $600 / sq ft

Detached Living Spaces
